How do you launch two compact luxury vehicles designed to appeal to a new generation? How about bringing together all things currently relevant in music, art and fashion. Mercedes Benz took over Hollywood this week with its Evolution Tour –a multi-city music tour showcasing the brand’s GLA and CLA models.
The tour kicked off in NYC and made its way to LA. Next up are Chicago, Atlanta and Austin. The LA event featured a warm-up set by DJ Ruckus who got the crowd up and dancing to old school tunes and new hits alike. The pre-party was the perfect setup for a headlining performance by Bastille, who did not disappoint.
Fans of the band not only got to experience their top hits but a surprisingly well done cover of TLC’s No Scrubs. Rounding out the evening were art activations by Gregory Siff and Zio Ziegler as well as a curated Style Factory.
