My herb infused turkey is now going in the fridge and ready to be popped in the oven tomorrow morning. The aroma of Sage, Rosemary and Thyme seasoned to perfection is in the air. A little secret I learned from my mama is to poke a few small holes in the breast and legs of the bird and slide in some pieces of garlic.
