The way we decide that summer is officially here is when Hollywood descends on the sleepy little town of Cannes located in the gorgeous French Riviera. Gigantic movie posters go up and so does the red carpet. By the time the stars hit the famous festival steps at the Palais des festivals et des congrès de Cannes, it is officially show time.
